THE DATE: MARCH 13-14, 2012! The 23rd Annual Meeting of the Alabama Vector Management Society will be held March 13-14, 2012 at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 3111 Loop Road, Orange Beach, AL 36561 (251-543-4444). The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm Tuesday March 13th and end at noon on March 14th. Please see registration form below. The registration desk will open the morning of March 13th at 9:00 am where you may obtain your name badge, receipt, registration packet, and complimentary gift. Fairfield Inn & Suites has graciously extended the $89.00 rate to our society. Hotel reservations must be received by February 15, 2012. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only. The group code for the meeting is AVMS. Be sure to use this code when making your reservations to receive the group rate. |
